AZRemote lets you control all the functionalities of your satellite/tv/cable set-top-box from your iOS device. azRemote is compatible with the AZBox HD Elite, Premium and Premium+. Using AZRemote is as simple as configuring the IP address of your set-top-box into the settings of AZRemote. AZRemote uses the WiFi connection of your set-top-box to command it, so you will be able to control your set-top-box
from any place in your WiFi coverage range.

It gives you a control that looks like a remote, I was expecting something that would allow me to manage recordings. The developer site provides no support, I was unable to connect to my AZBox after entering the IP address in the settings. It also asks for a password, but there is no password to set on the box for remote control. I suspect that one needs to enable a network service, but there is no documentation to indicate that. ( i.e. ssh) I wasted $2.99, I cannot recommend it at this point.
